Whilst light still comes in, the heat has been reduced dramatically so no longer feels like a sauna. We are west open facing meaning sun moves around the side of the windows then above normally trapping so much heat. In 24hrs the difference is amazing! Thanks Paul!

Paul installed window film on our bi-fold doors in our garden room, and kitchen and lounge windows. Having had skin cancer recently, I was concerned about UV and wanted to continue to enjoy our garden room without having anxiety. Most of the time, mirrored window film will be installed on the inside of the windows. There is one very simple reason for this: it will last a lot longer there. When applied internally, the reflective film is completely shielded from the elements. On the outside, it would be exposed to the unpredictable weather conditions we experience here in the UK, which would accelerate wear and tear on the film.
Installing it internally ensures the reflective mirror window film remains highly effective at managing heat glare and uv rays for years to come. During a professional installation, we ensure the tint is perfectly bonded to the glass to maximize these benefits in all your internal rooms.
During daylight hours, no! A silver mirror window film or reflective window film provides excellent daytime privacy.
